Winter Holidays - Part 2: Las Vegas

Oh yeah, that's right. VEGAS BABY!

Haha, as soon as we arrived, we were transported in a limo (yeah, be jelly!) to our super cool hotel on the Strip called Encore. It was super hot there, like around 40 degrees, boiling, but the weather was nice in the end. Las Vegas was pretty chill and the only place I went to was the Grand Canyon.

Day 1

We had an hour flight from LA so we just ended up walking around Fashion Show. Since it was technically my 'first shopping day in America', I spent so much! By the time I finished, the most we were carrying were Victoria's Secret bags. It's amazing in there! It's like heaven for girls there, so much pink and so many cool things ;)

Day 2

Day 2 was another shopping day but it was at Forum Shops. More Victoria's Secret. BUT I also went to Abercrombie and Fitch and Coach. Oh and we had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory, you know the place Penny works in Big Bang Theory (I have never really watched it before)? Well that's where I went! And after that, we finished shopping.

Day 3

So we headed to Wynn today and had this amazing lunch buffet. Encore and Wynn are two hotels conjoined by like super-high-class shops in between but they look exactly the same. After lunch (since we wake up late), we went for a helicopter ride around the Grand Canyon! It was so cute because they gave us little picnic baskets when we reached some rocky place. OH and we were there with a few other groups and we found a group which came from Canberra. How Australian-like! And that's when I remembered about State of Origin so I went online to check and found out New South Wales lost ..again.

Day 4

Breakfast buffet at Wynn again! Yummy :) And afterwards, we had to head to the airport and catch a plane to San Francisco, how lovely. By the way, that was sarcasm because at that time, I was super pumped meeting my cousins, but oh no, I did not know what I was in for..

Last Vegas was only 3-4 days so we couldn't see any cool shows (Celine Dion was in LV then) or go anywhere special. It probably sounded pretty boring but you probably wouldn't want to be walking around in 40 degree weather ..it was so tiring. Anyways, next stop - SAN FRANCISCO :)
